Men’s Group for Developmental Disabilities

Men's Group, Developmental Disabilities

The Community Living Options program will be introducing a new men’s group, which will benefit anyone in the cognitive or developmental disability population.

The purpose of the group is to help people further enhance their independent living skills and increase their confidence in social settings. Together, the group will work on building self-esteem, confidence, social skills, preparing for a job, and connecting to volunteer opportunities.

“The hope is that they will build the necessary skills to continue with their independent living,” said Douglas West, the CLO Program Coordinator.

To register and find out more, please contact CLO Program Coordinator, Douglas West, at 602-443-0715.

Meetings will take place twice a month from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The group is open to anyone in the CLO program.
