Our pools and fitness are universally designed to accommodate people of all abilities.  Additionally, Ability360 offers numerous programs for seniors.

The Healthways SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. Your SilverSneakers fitness membership includes:

  • Access to our basic amenities such as heated pool, private locker rooms, private showers, indoor track, state-of-the-art fitness equipment, circuit training, and sport courts.
  • SilverSneakers classes and other classes we offer such as yoga, pilates, dance, etc.
  • Most important, your membership is available to you at little or no cost through your health plan.

Regular participation in SilverSneakers can help you build muscular strength, improve joint mobility and increase cardiovascular endurance, leading to improved health and greater independence.  More information about SilverSneakers can be found at www.silversneakers.com.

Silver and Fit

Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center is proud to partner with Silver&Fit. The Silver&Fit program is designed for older adults! By exercising regularly and meeting new people, you can be Silver, Fit, and Fabulous® too!

Silver Sneakers Classic- Tuesday and Thursday at 10:00am.

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support. 

New Tricks- Fridays at 10:30am

NEW-TRICKS

New Tricks is an introductory class designed to assist members 65 years & older with weight training, stretching, nutrition, cardio, and more! New Tricks is a great way to learn new skills or expand on your current knowledge of fitness & nutrition.
