Vice President, General Manager

Meet Ability360 Vice President and General Manager, Gus LaZear. Gus has been with Ability360 since 2014. He calls beautiful Los Angeles, California home. Gus lives an exciting lifestyle, as snowboarding is his favorite activity and he can say he’s been bungee jumping off a hot air balloon.





BRIELLE CARTER, MS
Program Coordinator

Meet Ability360 Program Coordinator, Brielle Carter. Brielle has been with Ability360 since 2013. She’s from Waterford, Wisconsin, where she grew up on a farm and was involved in 4-H. Brielle’s favorite athletic activity is indoor cycling.





SARAH OLSON, CPRP
Military Program Coordinator

Meet Ability360 Military Program Coordinator, Sarah Olson. Sarah has been with Ability360 since its grand opening in 2012. She’s from Fort Benton, Montana, and she enjoys hiking and kayaking. Ask her about the time she jumped off the Stratosphere in Vegas.





KELSEY BOCKEN, CTRS
Recreation Therapy Coordinator

Meet Ability360 Recreation Therapy Coordinator, Kelsey Bocken. She has been with Ability360 since 2012. She enjoys swimming and just about any thrilling activity that will pump her adrenaline. Kelsey calls the small town of Fort Dodge, Iowa, home, but she still has yet to milk a cow.





KATIE RITTER, CTRS
Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

Meet Ability360 Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Katie Ritter. Katie has been with Ability360 since 2014. She’s a Midwestern girl from Franklin, Pennsylvania. When she isn’t working, she loves to play with her two dogs. Katie often lives the life of a college student, as she eats ramen noodles straight out of the package.





SARA BRIGHT, CTRS
Therapeutic Recreation Specialist

Meet Ability360 Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Sara Howser. Sara has been with Ability360 since 2014. Sara’s a soccer player who came here from the northern mountains of Flagstaff, Arizona. She would like to make it known that although she may seem like a crazy cat lady, Sara’s favorite animal is a sloth.





ROBERT REED
Membership and Outreach Specialist

Meet Ability360 Membership and Outreach Specialist, Robert Reed. Robert has been with Ability360 since 2016. He’s a native Arizonan from Mesa. Robert has been playing wheelchair basketball for over 10 years, and he claims to know the true identity of the Phoenix Suns gorilla.

Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Meet Ability360 Fitness Specialist and Personal Trainer, Brandon Bailey. Brandon has been with Ability360 since 2015. Brandon is a southern gentleman from Social Circle, Georgia. He enjoys competing in CrossFit and has a history of playing the drums.





NICK PRYOR, MS
Program Specialist

Meet Ability360 Sports and Fitness Specialist, Nick Pryor. Nick has been with Ability360 since 2015. He’s from the Midwestern town of Dunkirk, Indiana. Nick is an avid sports fan participating in Paralympic track & field along with playing on the travel amputee basketball team, AMP1.

Aquatic Program Specialist

Meet Ability360 Lead Lifeguard and Head Power Soccer Coach, Nick Bright. He has been with Ability360 since 2014. Nick is a native from Tempe, Arizona. Nick loves football, and he played for a year at Sterling College.





ALISON BAIONNO, CTRS
Program Specialist

Meet Ability360 Therapeutic Recreation Specialist, Personal Trainer, Lifeguard and Assistant Power Soccer Coach Alison Baionno. Alison has been with Ability360 since 2016. She’s originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and she enjoys hiking. And just as you thought she couldn’t possibly have anything else on her résumé, Alison also played violin for 10 years.





MAGGIE SORENSEN
Program Specialist

Meet Ability360 Program Specialist, Recreation Therapist, and Personal Trainer, Maggie Sorensen. Maggie has been with Ability360 since 2016. She is originally from Blooming Prairie, Minnesota and enjoys being outdoors, hiking, and staying active. Although Maggie grew up in the land in 10,000 lakes she lived in the only county in MN without a natural lake.





ANGELICA PEDROZA
Reception and Registration Specialist

Meet Ability360 Reception and Registration Specialist, Angelica Pedroza. She has been with Ability360 since 2013. Angelica’s hometown is Sonora, Mexico. While she tries to get a workout in at the gym every day, sometimes cleaning the house is her cardio. You can also catch her dancing and singing around her house if you peep through her windows.





TIM SURRY
Reception and Registration Specialist

Meet Ability360 Reception and Registration Specialist, Tim Surry. Tim has been with Ability360 since 2014, but volunteered here prior to that. He’s from the flat plains of Wichita, Kansas, and he enjoys wheelchair lacrosse and riding ATVs in the desert. Tim loves going to concerts and Seahawks games, and dreams of one day seeing them in every stadium.





MEGHAN FABLE
Director of Development

Meet Ability360 Director of Development, Meghan Fable. Meghan has been with Ability360 since 2013. She’s originally from Denver, Colorado, but moved to Arizona in middle school and has been here ever since. Meghan was formally a ballet dancer, and now enjoys taking barre classes.





JESSE CEJUDO
Reception and Registration Specialist

Meet Ability360 Reception and Registration Specialist, Jesse Cejudo. Jesse has been with Ability360 since 2017, but had been a member prior to that. He’s a native from Phoenix, AZ and likes to play ping pong in his free time. Jesse also enjoys traveling and his goal is to visit every country in the world.
