Foursomes may be reserved using the link below with a $100 non-refundable deposit that will be credited to your overall foursome cost of $5,000. With only 27 foursomes available for this event, don’t miss your chance to join in the fun.
Show Me the Green Sponsorships are also available. When you purchase two or more foursomes, you can add to your support of Ability360 with an additional sponsorship opportunity. For $2,500, with a $250 non-refundable deposit that will also be credited to the overall sponsorship cost, you may choose to sponsor one of three branding opportunities:
- Your company logo on the 16th hole photos given to each golfer.
- Your company logo on a custom tee gift given to each golfer in collaboration with Ability360.

JAAM Grant - Junior Adaptive Athletes in Motion
The mission of the JAAM Grant is to provide adaptive sports equipment to junior athletes in the greater Phoenix area.
In 2020, JAAM and Ability360 agreed to join forces and have Ability360 administer the JAAM grant process. It is both JAAM’s and Ability360’s intent to support existing adaptive programs in the Valley by providing program equipment for junior individuals with disabilities. This enables new adaptive athletes to experience the different sports opportunities and see what is best for them. In addition, when an adaptive athlete commits to a specific sport(s), JAAM will assist in securing customized equipment for each athlete.
