There’s no better way to refresh the spirit than a hike in the wonderful outdoors! Join us for Exploring Arizona adaptive hiking series.



Thank you for coming out to the Merkle Trail in Usery Park for our Exploring Arizona Hiking Series! Stay tuned as our next hike will be some time in October!
This is a partnership with Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center, AZ Spinal Cord Association, and Barrow Neurological Institute/ Barrow Outpatient Neuro-Rehabilitation Center. Space is limited and we want people to sign up soon!
This outdoor program is unique in the sense that participants will require no additional devices or equipment to navigate the trail. The Trails we have chosen for these upcoming hikes are all hard packed dirt and can be done from a Powerchair, Day Wheelchair, Crutches, Walker…etc.
People are allowed to bring 1 friend/caregiver with them and can sign up using the form below.
Cost: $10 per person
Transportation, if needed (be at Ability 360 by 9 a.m.): additional $5 per person
Bring a sack lunch, water, and sun protection
