360Youth Self-Care Summer Camp

Welcome to Self-Care Summer Camp! Every Thursday in June join us at Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center, from 5:30 to 7:00 pm for fun and self-care. Youth with disabilities ages 12 to 22 years old, along with their parents or guardians, are invited! We'll have dinner ready for you each week. Join us to learn about taking care of yourself with Kelly, try out yoga with Autumn, and cook up some healthy meals with Chef Steve. Remember, self-care is important for everyone!

Participants will receive lots of swag, including a yoga mat, gym bag, cookbook, water bottle and more!
