Using the 2-hour block to work on skills or learn new skills that could eventually, if interested, help for when softball starts back up. Ability360 will have sports chairs available for those who need them or want to use them. In addition, we will provide different size Wiffle balls and bats and a hitting tee. If you want to bring batting gloves or a glove, you can. However, it is unnecessary. There will be two different time slots, 6-7 p.m. and 7-8 p.m., for which up to 12 people can sign up for.
At the end of the program, there will be a home run derby that participants can play in. It will take place in the gym on the courts, and everyone is welcome to join. All ages and all abilities.
