The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona leads the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.

The number of voting representatives in the House is fixed by law at no more than 435, proportionally representing the population of the 50 states.

HIV Care Directions (HIVCD) is a nationally accredited, professional case management program that has provided medical and support case management services to HIV positive people 18 years and older since 1992.
HIVCD Case Managers conduct bio-psycho-social assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide linkages to services to meet each persons identified needs.

Those services include access to and maintenance of primary medical care and medications, transportation for HIV care related services, and a variety of additional medical and support services for their clients.

Case Managers work extensively with medical providers, AIDS service organizations, government entities, and every community resource to meet those needs and accomplish an individuals healthcare goals.

The Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals with spinal cord injuries. Our goal is to promote physical, intellectual, spiritual, emotional and social recovery. The Association focuses on peer and family support, education of consumers, families, caregivers, and professionals, and linking people to vocational, social, and recreational resources.

We are proud to serve the community assisting those in need of Sight and Hearing assistance.

Our primary goal is to restore vision and/or hearing to improve the quality-of-life and productivity of those with no other resources. The Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation of Arizona is raising funds as well as awareness of the needs of both hearing loss and eye disease.

Restoration of vision and hearing through eye surgery, hearing aids and pediatric hearing aids or surgery is the Foundations main focus.

Recycling eyeglasses and hearing aids is another service provided by the Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation of Arizona.

The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatment, and ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care.

The Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimers Association is a charitable organization incorporated in the State of Arizona and governed by a local board of directors. While we are an affiliate of the National Alzheimers Association based in Chicago, all our work is devoted to providing service and support to Alzheimers patients, family members and caregivers throughout Arizona and Southern Nevada.

The American Diabetes Association can provide resources for you and your family about all types of diabetes as well as information for caregivers and others affected indirectly by the disease.

The American Diabetes Associations Arizona & New Mexico office is committed to educating our communities about how to Stop Diabetes and supporting those living with the disease.

The National Kidney Foundation of Arizona is the major voluntary health agency in Arizona seeking solutions for kidney and urinary tract diseases through education, prevention and treatment.

Committed to improve the quality of life for Arizonans with kidney failure, the Foundations many programs bring help and hope to thousands of dialysis patients and transplant recipients. NKF AZ kidney health initiatives provide community education about kidney health and the prevention of chronic kidney disease, and advocates for organ donation.

These efforts are made possible solely and in partnership with federal, state and local governments, public and private institutions, foundations and individuals.
