Ability360 will be closed Monday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. The Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center’s hours on July 1st will be from 6am-6pm and it will be closed Saturday, July 2nd – Monday, July 4th. Re-opening on Tuesday, July 5th at 6am.

DES provides supports and services to more than 35,000 people with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Arizona. The Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona (BIAAZ) is the only statewide organization in Arizona dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with brain injuries and their families and working to prevent brain injuries.

Joni and Friends maintains offices across the U.S., including our local office in Phoenix, AZ, serving Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. The Arizona office is working together with local churches and organizations, forming outreach programs throughout the community and ministering hope and the message of Christ to those who face the daily challenges of life with a disability. Were committed to reaching individuals and families affected by disability in our community with the love of Christ.

Founded by Jane Kallal, a parent and leading advocate for parents and caregivers raising children and young adults with emotional, physical, and behavioral health challenges, her vision was to foster a system of care in which parents and families were valued and respected for their knowledge and expertise. Moreover, parents and families would be primary stakeholders and valuable partners at all levels including childrens service planning and delivery and program and policy development impacting childrens services. Jane believed then, as she does today, that parents know their children best.

As per the Constitution, the U.S. House of Representatives makes and passes federal laws. The House is one of Congresss two chambers (the other is the U.S. Senate), and part of the federal governments legislative branch. The number of voting representatives in the House is fixed by law at no more than 435, proportionally representing the population of the 50 states.

We are proud to serve the community assisting those in need of Sight and Hearing assistance.

Our primary goal is to restore vision and/or hearing to improve the quality-of-life and productivity of those with no other resources. The Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation of Arizona is raising funds as well as awareness of the needs of both hearing loss and eye disease.

Restoration of vision and hearing through eye surgery, hearing aids and pediatric hearing aids or surgery is the Foundations main focus.

Recycling eyeglasses and hearing aids is another service provided by the Lions Sight and Hearing Foundation of Arizona.

The Desert Southwest Chapter of the Alzheimers Association is a charitable organization incorporated in the State of Arizona and governed by a local board of directors. While we are an affiliate of the National Alzheimers Association based in Chicago, all our work is devoted to providing service and support to Alzheimers patients, family members and caregivers throughout Arizona and Southern Nevada.

Arizonans and New Mexicans are increasingly feeling the effects of diabetes. Today, nearly 700,000 Arizonans and 222,000 New Mexicans have diabetes – thats almost 1 million people across the two states! The American Diabetes Association can provide resources for you and your family about all types of diabetes as well as information for caregivers and others affected indirectly by the disease.

The American Diabetes Associations Arizona & New Mexico office is committed to educating our communities about how to Stop Diabetes and supporting those living with the disease.
