Leading the fight for the arthritis community, the Arthritis Foundation helps conquer everyday battles through life-changing information and resources, access to optimal care, advancements in science and community connections. Our goal is to chart a winning course, guiding families in developing personalized plans for living a full life and making each day another stride towards a cure. We also publish Arthritis Today, the award-winning magazine that reaches 4.2 million readers.

DES provides supports and services to more than 35,000 people with developmental disabilities and their families throughout Arizona. The Department strives to provide support by promoting and providing flexible, quality, member-driven services and supports within communities. We value our community connections and emphasis on looking at a persons strengths and gifts.

The Attorney General serves as the chief legal officer of the State. The Attorney General is mandated by our constitution and elected to a four-year term by the people of Arizona.
The Attorney Generals Office represents and provides legal advice to most State agencies; enforces consumer protection and civil rights laws; and prosecutes criminals charged with complex financial crimes and certain conspiracies involving illegal drugs. In addition, all appeals statewide from felony convictions are handled by this Office.
The Arizona Attorney Generals Office, through the Child and Family Protection Division, provides legal services to all the divisions of the Department of Economic Security (DES), including the Division of Child Support Services (DCSS). It also provides legal services to the Department of Child Safety.
The Attorney Generals Office brings and defends lawsuits on behalf of the State and prepares formal legal opinions requested by State officers, legislators, or county attorneys on issues of law.
The Attorney Generals Office has jurisdiction over Arizonas Consumer Fraud Act, white collar crime, organized crime, public corruption, environmental laws, civil rights laws, and crimes committed in more than one county. Additionally, this Office prosecutes cases normally handled by county attorneys when they have a conflict.

The Brain Injury Alliance of Arizona (BIAAZ) is the only statewide organization in Arizona dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for people with brain injuries and their families and working to prevent brain injuries.

The mission of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is to cure cystic fibrosis and to provide all people with the disease the opportunity to lead full, productive lives by funding research and drug development, promoting individualized treatment, and ensuring access to high-quality, specialized care.

The Epilepsy Foundation of Arizona leads the fight to overcome the challenges of living with epilepsy and to accelerate therapies to stop seizures, find cures, and save lives.

Founded by Jane Kallal, a parent and leading advocate for parents and caregivers raising children and young adults with emotional, physical, and behavioral health challenges, her vision was to foster a system of care in which parents and families were valued and respected for their knowledge and expertise. Moreover, parents and families would be primary stakeholders and valuable partners at all levels including childrens service planning and delivery and program and policy development impacting childrens services. Jane believed then, as she does today, that parents know their children best.

What started in 1920 as an Americanization Agency, a local initiative providing educational resources to refugees, has evolved into a multi-service organization with wide-ranging programs aimed at addressing the pressing needs of our diverse community. Over the years our efforts have resulted in building resilient communities that are helping to spur economic development, stabilize neighborhoods and revitalize our city.
Our programs focus on four major pillars of service- Education, Workforce Development, Family Services and Immigration- each comprising of resources to support individual and community growth.

HIV Care Directions (HIVCD) is a nationally accredited, professional case management program that has provided medical and support case management services to HIV positive people 18 years and older since 1992.
HIVCD Case Managers conduct bio-psycho-social assessments, develop individualized care plans, and provide linkages to services to meet each persons identified needs.
Those services include access to and maintenance of primary medical care and medications, transportation for HIV care related services, and a variety of additional medical and support services for their clients.
Case Managers work extensively with medical providers, AIDS service organizations, government entities, and every community resource to meet those needs and accomplish an individuals healthcare goals.

Joni and Friends maintains offices across the U.S., including our local office in Phoenix, AZ, serving Arizona, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming. The Arizona office is working together with local churches and organizations, forming outreach programs throughout the community and ministering hope and the message of Christ to those who face the daily challenges of life with a disability.
