  1. Who can use the facility?

The facility is open to those with disabilities and their families.

  1. Will there be someone around if I need help?

We have staff available to assist you with a wide variety of needs.  If your disability requires extensive assistance, we recommend that you contact us prior to your visit to see if arrangements for assistance can be made, or bring someone to assist you.

  1. Will my assistant need a membership to help me at the SpoFit?

If the person accompanying you is there specifically to help you, then they simply need to sign in as a guest.  If they wish to use the facility, then they will need to pay the Daily Drop-In fee or purchase a membership. A list of our membership prices can be found here.

  1. How can I sign up for a membership and how much does it cost?

To sign up for a membership, simply come to the SpoFit and we’ll take care of you.  For information about our membership packages, go to the About SpoFit page, or download a copy of our brochure.  If you have further questions, please feel free to contact us.

  1. Are the pools heated?

Yes.  Please visit our Aquatics page for more information.

  1. How much do your health and fitness programs cost?

All of our health and fitness programs are free of charge to members unless otherwise noted.

  1. What are the fees to end my contract early?

There are no early termination fees with our contracts.  If you wish to end a monthly contract, we advise doing so a minimum of eight days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next month.

  1. Do you have towels?

The SpoFit currently does not hand out towels.

  1. Are you hiring or looking for volunteers?

  1. When can we come over for a tour?

You are more than welcome to come over for a tour during regular business hours.  If you are bringing a group of more than five people, please call beforehand to schedule a time.
