360 in the Kitchen
Hi my name is Chef Steve, and I am the Living Well in the Community (LWC) Coordinator for Ability360. I attended the Culinary Institute of America, and was a chef prior to my stroked in 2012. After my stroke, cooking became an important part of my recovery and healing. My love for food drove me to discover innovative and healthier ways of preparing the dishes I loved. My passion to share ways to cook and eat healthier led me to start a cooking program called 360 in the Kitchen. Each month, I will share a few easy-to-prepare, flavorful, healthy recipes for you to cook with your consumers.
EAT TO THRIVE!
