Supervisor - Casa Grande | City of Maricopa | Eloy
Hi, my name is Angela Shinault. I’m an HCS Supervisor for Ability360’s Pinal Branch. I was a caregiver for my mom for 12 years with Pinal County Horizon Home Care, and transferred to Ability360 in October 2011. In 2019, I was promoted to my current Supervisor position. I have a passion for helping others. I have high goals and expectations for myself, and I work on being a better “me” at all times. I strive to see my caregivers succeed. For when they succeed, I feel like it reflects on me as their supervisor. I graduated from Eloy High School, and attended Riverland Community College in Austin, Minnesota. I’m bi-lingual. I enjoy road trips with my family, and have a wide, varied collection of reptiles. I also collect crystals, and use meditation to maintain my Zen.
Supervisor - Eastern Pinal County | Southern Gila County | San Carlos Reservation
Hello, my name is Lorenia Lopez. I have been an HCS Supervisor for Ability360’s Pinal Branch since October 2011. Prior to coming to Ability360 I was a caregiver for 12 years, and then promoted to a Case Manager for 3 years with Pinal County Horizon Home Care. I am bi-lingual, and also a DCW and CPR/First Aid Instructor. I teach classes in both English and Spanish. As an Ability360 HCS Supervisor, one of my main roles is making sure our Personal Care Assistants are delivering quality care to our consumers. I am a graduate of Hayden High School, and attended Central Arizona College — Aravaipa Campus. I enjoy spending time with my family, and riding the backroads of Pinal County.
Supervisor - Arizona City | Stanfield | Picacho | Eloy | Coolidge
Hello, my name is Eliu Ibarra. I have been an HCS Supervisor with Ability360 since January 2015. I was a caregiver with Ability360 in Pinal County for four years before I became a Supervisor. Prior to coming to Ability360, I was a caregiver for Pinal County Horizon Home Care from 2004 to 2011. In the 9 years I have worked with Ability360 I have been able to grow and expand my knowledge of caregiving. I am bi-lingual, and I’m also a DCW and CPR/First Aid Instructor conducting classes in both English and Spanish. I enjoy training because I’m able to share my many experiences as a caregiver with new caregivers. Caregiving and helping the elderly, frail and those with disabilities has always been a passion for me. I remember when I was 13 years old; I would volunteer to go with our church transportation team, just so I could help the elderly in and out of the van, and get them in and out of their homes.
Supervisor - Apache Junction | Queen Creek | Johnson Ranch | San Tan Valley | Florence Anthem
Hello, my name is Allison Kresse. I am an HCS Supervisor for Ability360’s Pinal Branch. I started as a caregiver in 2002. In 2012 I came to Ability360 as a caregiver, and in 2015 I was promoted to a Supervisor. I am originally from Buffalo, New York, and moved to Mesa, Arizona, in 1995. My mom always had a job in the healthcare field, and even managed group homes when I was young. I can remember going to work with her (when I wasn’t in school), and I saw how my mom changed people’s lives for the better. It’s the reason why I became a caregiver as an adult; I wanted to do the same. I am related to the Bellissimo family (owners Frank & Teressa) of “The Anchor Bar.” It’s the original birthplace of the Buffalo Chicken Wing. The Anchor Bar is still in our family. I also have 4 cats, 2 dogs and a 32-year-old 200 pound Sulcata Tortoise that we adopted last year.
