Traci Nicely

Branch Manager

I joined Ability360 in July of 2020 as the Branch Manager of the West Valley.  Prior to Ability360, I have worked for The Mayo Clinic, Banner Healthcare, and HonorHealth. While I was at these other companies, I helped increase both revenue and retention rates. I was also voted president of a major program at HonorHealth. I have two degrees from the University of Phoenix — a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management which I earned in 2009, and a Masters in Business Administration which I earned in 2013.  I am currently working on my second Master’s Degree in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University, which I will complete in 2021. I currently live in Surprise with my fiancé.  When I’m not keeping busy with work and school you can find me spending time with my family, crafting, and cheering on my Arizona Cardinals.

My role involves pairing caregivers with consumers to assist with their daily living goals and needs. I started as a caregiver when I came to Ability360 in 2013, and became an HCS Supervisor in 2014. I enjoy what I do for the community, helping both consumers and caregivers everyday. I find it extremely rewarding. I attended Central New Mexico Community College, and graduated with a certification in medical assisting. I am a mother of three beautiful children. I love grilling on game days, and I love watching NFL football and the Green Bay Packers.

Christine Barbour

Supervisor - El Mirage | Peoria | Sun City | Youngtown | Waddell/Surprise

Hello my name is Christine Barbour, and I’ve been a Supervisor at Ability360 since 2014. Before that I worked as a family attendant for both of my parents. My dad was a consumer back when the company was ABIL, and I was an unofficial backup. I was born and raised in Arizona. I went to Maryvale High School, and then attended Lamson College to get my degree in cosmetology. Now, I am a certified caregiver and med tech. I have been with my husband for 38 years. We have two children, seven grandchildren, four dogs and a cat. I enjoy spending time with family, camping, baking and just hanging out. I love reading true crime books, and teaching my grandchildren life skills.

Jolene Garcia

Jolene Garcia

Supervisor - Northwest | Far West Maricopa County

Hi my name is Jolene Garcia, and I have been with Ability360 for 6 years. I currently work in the Home Care Service department as a Supervisor. In my role, I enjoy the connections I am able to make with my Consumers and Caregivers. I have worked as a Caregiver myself off and on for the last 19 years. I was born and raised in our beautiful state, and grew up in Peoria. I have 3 kids and 2 fur babies who I enjoy spending time with. In my free time I also enjoy camping, and a good old fashioned cookout with family and friends.

Crystal Gonzales

Supervisor - Southwest Valley | Phoenix | Gila Bend

My name is Crystal Gonzales, and I am a Home Health Care Supervisor. I am the newbie to the Ability360 family. I just joined the team in July 2020. I have 15 years of supervisory experience, and overall 22 years of experience in the home care industry. I am currently responsible for the far Southwest Valley including parts of Phoenix all the way to Gila Bend. I am also a Phlebotomy Technician as well as a certified Assisted Living Manager. With all of this experience, most don’t know that I also have a learning disability. I have a different style of learning and understanding new concepts. What helps me is visual learning, asking questions and taking notes that I can reference back to. I have learned from each experience that I have had in home health care to help me become a better healthcare provider and employee. When I am not working I love to draw, and express myself through works of art. I also love motorcycles and the thrill of riding.
