Independent living skills training focuses on building everyday skills that help young adults and adults with disabilities live more independently at home, at school, in the community, and in the workplace.Â

Personalized Support to Reach Your Goals
When you enroll in our Independent Living Skills Program, you’ll start with a one-on-one intake meeting (in person or via Zoom).
During this session, we will:
- Learn about your interests and current situation
- Identify short-term and long-term goals
- Create a customized plan designed just for you
From there, our staff will work with you through:
- One-on-one coaching sessions
- Ongoing support and progress check-ins
- Skill-building activities tailored to your needs

- Cooking and meal planning

In addition to one-on-one support, we offer optional independent living skills classes in a group setting.
