Living Well with a Disability
Living Well with a Disability is a free 10-week health and wellness program designed to help adults living with physical disabilities develop healthy habits and learn new skills to live well with a disability in all aspects of their lives.
The Living Well Program helps participants identify their goals and develop a plan to achieve those goals. Some topics included in the program are problem solving, beating the blues, healthy communication, eating well, and self advocacy.
