
Living Well in the Community is a free 10-week health and wellness program designed to help adults living with physical disabilities develop healthy habits and learn new skills to live well with a disability in all aspects of their lives.
The Living Well Program helps participants identify their goals and develop a plan to achieve those goals. Some topics included in the program are problem solving, beating the blues, healthy communication, eating well, and self advocacy.

Next 10-week course
This series will run from September 11 to November 20th from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Mondays. This course will be hosted online.
