Family Hockey Night at SpoFit. Friday, March 13th, 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.

Friday, March 13, 2015: Family Night is always one of the best family friendly events that happen around SpoFit.  It is a chance for lots of kids of all abilities to interact and for staff and parents to talk and enjoy some laughs.  So when its Friday the 13th and also Family Hockey Night, you know it is going to be loud and it will fun time for all.

With nearly 40 kids and the Arizona Coyotes mascot, Howler, the Coyotes hockey development program ran the show demonstrating how the sport is played and coming up with drills and competitions for kids to learn and enjoy.  Gus LaZear, SpoFit General Manager attended with his family and added, “It is great when an organization such as the Arizona Coyotes reaches out and gets involved in the community.  A lot of kids picked up a hockey stick for the first time ever and I know there’s a few new Coyotes fans out there because of the fun we had tonight.”

Meet the Coyotes mascot Howler! Join SpoFit and the Arizona Sled Hockey Coyotes for a night of hockey! This event will teach basic skills of hockey, fun skills and drills, and some interactive games!
