Ability360 is excited to announce Camille Ridley as the organization’s new Director of Community Relations and Development. Ridley brings a depth of knowledge to Ability360 with over two decades of experience in corporate and nonprofit fundraising, including special event production, raising funds to expand resources, and a proven track record strategically guiding development at mission-driven nonprofits in Arizona.
“We are very excited to have Camille Ridley join Ability360. Camille’s expertise in navigating community and donor relationships, while understanding community stewardship, made her a standout candidate,” said Ability360 President and CEO Christopher Rodriguez. “I’m confident that she will play a key role in building meaningful relationships throughout the community to help us continue growing our impact, while ensuring our mission to empower people with disabilities remains at the center.”
Ridley has worked hand-in-hand with Arizona-based nonprofits, including her time spent as the Vice President of Marketing and Development at United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) of Central Arizona. She also worked as a Regional Philanthropy Officer and a Donor Development Officer with the American Red Cross in Arizona, and worked on the ASU Gammage Development staff as a Development Officer and Donor Relations Coordinator.
“I’m honored to join Ability360 and continue work that is deeply meaningful to me,” said Ridley. “Fundraising is ultimately about building relationships that connect people to purpose. I’m excited to build on those relationships, expand philanthropic support, and help ensure Ability360 has the resources to continue advancing independence, choice, and opportunity for people with disabilities across Arizona.”
Camille also currently serves as a member of the Arizona Leadership Network and is an ambassador with the Fiesta Sports Foundation.
