“Core Challenge” is a quick and challenging workout that focuses on the “core” or midsection of your body. This 30 minute workout will provide strengthening, stabilization, and flexibility of your midsection which focuses on your abdominals, obliques, intrinsic hip muscles, and lower back.

This is a 30 min class and will consist of:

  •  5 minute warm up to prep the core for action
  •  20 minute core training that will focus on the 4 muscle groups
  • Resting 30 sec to 2 minutes per exercise
  • 5 minute cool down to stretch the core to increase flexibility

Class starts November 5th and continues Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00pm-12:30pm in the group fitness room.
