Team Spofit is getting geared up and ready to roll.

To promote team unity, Team SpoFit members will meet once per week to identify weekly goals and prepare for SpoFit special events as well as community events. This program offers members time to share ideas/goals and train as a team.

Every Wednesday from 4:00pm-5:00pm

  •  July 3rd—Run/push
  • July 10th—Bike
  • July 17th—Swim
  • July 24th– Run/push
  • July 31– Bike
  • August 7th—Swim
  • August 14th—Run/push
