Ability360 is deeply saddened by the sudden passing of former 360Heat Quad Rugby player and U.S. Gold Medal Winning Paralympian, Nick Springer. Springer was an inspiration and leading voice for athletes with disabilities around the globe. He had a heart of gold and was considered a friend to many, including our staff, interns and members at Ability360. He brought many accolades to Phoenix, but none greater than the smiles he left on the faces of his peers.

“I played against him when he was only 17. I knew then what he’d one day become. Nick was a relentless competitor in both quad rugby and in life. He inspired all who knew him with his fierce energy, passion and commitment to everything he did. I will miss him, especially his conquering smile and roaring cheers” Phil Pangrazio, President & CEO of Ability360.

Our thoughts and hearts are with those who knew him best of all.
