Sports ‘n Spokes magazine announced that the 2013 Junior Athlete of the Year is Rachel Kroener from Phoenix, Arizona. Rachel plays on the Banner Phoenix Wheelchair Suns basketball team, and competes in javelin and shot put for the Arizona Heat Track & Field Team. Rachel will be at SpoFit next Wednesday, August 7th at 4pm to receive the award. Congrats, Rachel!
