
SpoFit will be offering a new membership class called New Tricks. This introductory class will assist members 65 years & older with weight training, stretching, nutrition, cardio, and more! New Tricks is a great way to learn new skills or expand on your current knowledge of fitness & nutrition. This 8 week class will discuss a new topic each week. At the end of the 8 week period, participants will have learned the skills to improve & maintain a healthy lifestyle more efficiently.
Week 1: Nutrition
Week 2: Cardiovascular
Week 3: Weight training
Week 4: Stretching/Flexibility
Week 5: Sport
Week 6: Tai Chi
Week 7: Aquatics
Week 8: Participant’s Choice!
