Ability360’s skilled trainers set the industry standard in Personal Care Assistance training; Insightful instruction, State-of-the-art-facilities and use of experts in the field provides our caregivers with the exceptional training required to ensure you receive the quality of service you need.
All of Ability360’s Personal Care Assistants have:
- Completion of a 40-hour training or competency examination
- Finger Print Clearance Card
- CPR and First Aid Certifications
- Three positive references
- Negative TB Test
Ability360’s Personal Care Assistants are our employees. Ability360 ensures you a worry-free experience by thoroughly screening, training, handling all state and federal taxes, worker’s compensation, liability insurance, on-going supervision, and continuing education of our caregivers.
Personal Care Assistants are available to provide you or your loved one the level of service you desire every day of the year, 24 hours a day.
As a consumer, you have the opportunity to meet and approve the Personal Care Assistant prior to him/her providing services. Once approved by you, the same Personal Care Assistant will be assigned to provide all of your services.
