Masters swimming is an organized program of swimming for adults. U.S.

The Ability360 U.S. Masters Swim Team is open to swimmers from recreation to completive and adaptive adult swimmers (fitness, triathlete, competitive, noncompetitive) who are dedicated to improving their fitness through swimming.

One open water swim a months in the warmer months. Clinics will be held throughout the year and are free to masters members.

Practices are Mondays 12-1, Tuesday and Thursday 5-6pm and Fridays from 6:00 – 7:00am at the Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center.

Pre-requisites to join the Ability360 USMS Swim Club: 

This program is a fee-based program of $50/month. Payment will be taken at the Ability360 Sports & Fitness Center. Member cost is $35 monthly, non-member cost is $50 monthly

Must be a member of US Masters ($60 a year). Click here.

Must be able to swim at least 200 yards.

Must be able to perform at least 2/4 competitive strokes.
