Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton and Ability360 CEO Phil Pangrazio, joined by city leaders and community members, announced the first light rail project since passage of Transportation 2050; the 50th Street Light Rail Station. The project is expected to be complete in early 2019 with a price tag of $23 million.
