Ingredients (4 Servings)
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna packed in water, drained
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or nonfat) (optional: Lactose Free Greek Yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons red onion, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Herbs of Provence
- 2 tablespoons chopped Kalamata olives

Instructions
