Ingredients (4 Servings)

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna packed in water, drained
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt (2% or nonfat) (optional: Lactose Free Greek Yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup celery, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Herbs of Provence
  • 2 tablespoons chopped Kalamata olives
  • 1 tablespoon capers (optional)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
