Peer Groups

Ability360 offers several peer groups to help people feel more confident and connected. All of our groups provide a safe, supportive place to learn and grow with others.

Women's Self Confidence Group

Ability360 hosts a six-week, six-session peer group for women with disabilities who want to feel more empowered and improve their self-image in a supportive, caring environment. If interested, please sign up using our interest form.
