Recreation Therapy

Recreational Therapy empowers individuals with disabilities to enhance their quality of life through engaging and meaningful activities. Guided by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS), participants of all ages and abilities can explore a variety of therapeutic options, including adaptive sports, creative arts, sensory play, fitness, rock climbing, swimming, and more. This person-centered approach supports both short- and long-term goals by promoting physical, emotional, and social well-being. Through purposeful recreation, individuals build confidence, strengthen skills, and improve their overall health and independence — all in a fun, supportive environment.

If this is your first time participating, you will be asked to complete an initial assessment with staff before enrolling in activities.
